This is the main
screen for the Moducom system, which is the phone and radio control system.
This screen shows all the phone and main radio controls. We have screen controls for 6 different radio groups, across 8 different transmitter locations, and the possibility of over 40 different radio channels. The CCI PSAP has 4 E911 phone trunks, 7 regular phone lines, and 2 fax lines.

This is the paging screen for the radio system, where all the fire and EMS departments are paged from. The tones for each department are automatically programmed to transmit on the correct tower site for each agency.

In the event one of the radio towers are down, our telecommunicators can use this screen to manually select the tower the paging tones are transmitted from. |

This pop-up window
allows us to immediately replay all telephone and radio calls.

This window gives
us the 911 callers location (billing address) and callback number.

These are the dual screens for
the CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system.

The left screen shows all the
active calls and the times for events.

The right screen shows the
status of all units. The mapping screen can also fit here when needed.

position has 3 screens.. one for phone and radio, 2 for the CAD system.
Each also has 2 mice and 2 keyboards.

This is called the SAMS site, a web based interface used by our Mapping and Addressing people. |
