Heads Up!

Both Doddridge and Ritchie Counties participate in a program called Heads UP!
Emergency information is transmitted to the public in several different pathways
via the Heads Up! service. You can visit the Heads Up! desktop page to sign up,
or you can download the app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

County Emergency Operations Plan

Emergency Operations Plans are made public in order to inform residents of plans
in the event of a wide-area emergency, such as extreme weather events
or hazardous materials leaks/spills.
